Due to the size of the study area, field validation has not been undertaken for the entire District. Where a site to be developed has multiple susceptibility zones shown it is considered prudent to assume the highest level of susceptibility and undertake the corresponding level of assessment. The analysis has been undertaken using the same base information which introduces the same uncertainties related to the scale and resolution of the information. The appropriate scale range is between 1:550,000 and 1:5,000. Refer to Section 6.2 of T+T Report for more information on limitations of use. |
